Kerala State IT Mission (KSITM) is a IT Development department in Kerala. This is a government organization. It is headquartered at the capital of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. To support the IT/ITeS projects which are at the initial stage there is one more office at Kochi. They would support and facilitate these projects. KSITM employs more than fifty IT personnel. KSITM is at the apex of all IT and E-Governance agencies in Kerala. The IT minister of the state governs the activities of KSITM.

KSITM is responsible for the development of the IT sector and build a powerful infrastructure in Kerala. The organisation is working on more than forty projects with major companies like KELTRON, CDIT and more.

There are about 52 departments in E-Governance for example Agriculture, Taxes, Museums, and Zoos and so on. Kerala IT Mission jobs include online programs for candidates. Kerala State IT mission recruitment calls online for all the posts on deputation or contract basis. As per the present government order there is a three tier selection process.
It consist of :
- 1. Initial Identification by the block level committee
- 2. An Interview panel
- 3. Final selection panel comprising of President/Mayor/Chairman
The minimum age of eligibility candidates should be 18 years and above with a minimum educational qualification Plus two/Degree pass. Preliminary screening will be done. A minimum of 30 marks out of a total 100 marks would be required for passing the preliminary screening. However, short listed candidates would be restricted for the as per the government rules. List of short listed candidates along with their marks and application forms will be printed and forwarded to the selection committee convenors and district collectors. Short listed candidates would be announced through a press release and the candidates need to obtain the interview letter.
The selection committee shall consider:
- 1. General ability to run the centre, checking the sales/Marketing, Administration and Financial skills -60 marks
- 2. Relationship with the Panchayath/local acceptance-25 marks
- 3. The details provided in Part E application -15 marks ( Attn: To Convenors)
