Thiruvananthapuram is the capital city of the Kerala state. It is also called as God’s Own country, as it literally means Abode of Lord Anantha. Thiruvananthapuram is generally called as Trivandrum. The administration authorities of the state are handled in this district only. Thiruvananthapuram is also been Titled as ‘Evergreen city of India’ by our father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
